Apple Salad 24 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (20 ounce can)
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 package caramels
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 apples
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions
Mix flour and sugar. Add eggs, cook until thick. Cool completely. Drain juice from pineapple and put cut up apples in it. Cut caramels into small pieces and combine with marshmallows. Add cool whip to cooled egg mixture. Mix all ingredients and stir in peanuts and eat!

Another Version:

Mix drained pineapple and marshmallows, refrigerate overnight. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and 1 1/2 T. with vinegar until thick. Refrigerate overnight. Mix cool whip with all other ingredients including apples and nuts.
