Vegetable Soup 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups Diced new potatoes
  • 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
  • 2 cups Sliced green onions
  • 1 package frozen baby lima beans (10 ounce package)
  • 1 pound Fresh green beans, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh corn
  • 3/4 cup instant rice
Directions
In large pan combine water, salt, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, Lima beans, and green beans. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Add corn & rice. Cover & simmer 15 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings
