Coleslaw Soufflé Salad Recipe

  • 1 package lemon Jell-O (3 oz pkg)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup radish slices
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced
  • 2 - 4 T. green pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • Lettuce
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill until partly set. Beat until fluffy. Add cabbage, radish, celery, green peppers and onion. Pour into mold. Chill until set. Unmold on lettuce. Garnish with radish slices. Serve 6 - 8.
