Mexican soup (slow cooker) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, diced (medium)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced (medium)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 quart gf chicken broth
  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 1 can chopped chiles, undrained (4 ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon gf chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Stir all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
