Potato Soup 76 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 potatoes, peeled and diced (medium)
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups ham, diced
Directions
Cook potatoes and onion until tender, do not drain. Add soup, cheese, ham and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts.

Serve with crackers or corn bread.
