CORN CHOWDER 32 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound leftover baked ham, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 quart frozen cream style corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
Directions
Brown onion and ham in small amount of bacon drippings or butter. Add potatoes, corn, milk and basil. Simmer until potatoes are done. Serve with hot cornbread.
