Marinated Vegetable Salad 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing mix (1.3 ounce pkg)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 carrots, scraped and sliced diagonally (small)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced (small)
  • 1 medium-size green pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
Prepare salad dressing according to package directions; set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large shallow bowl. Pour the salad dressing over vegetables; toss well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally.
