Vegetable Soup 19 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (28 ounce can)
  • 1 package frozen vegetable blend, of your choice (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can kidney beans, undrained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can beef broth (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Brown beef and onion in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and serve with crackers, if desired.
