Ingredients
3 pounds vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, carrots)
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dill week
1 tablespoon MSG
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon coarse pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Mix ingredients for marinade. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for at least 24 hrs. Drain well before serving.
