Marinated Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, carrots)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dill week
  • 1 tablespoon MSG
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Mix ingredients for marinade. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for at least 24 hrs. Drain well before serving.
