HEAVENLY PINEAPPLE MOLD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package lemon gelatin (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add pineapple juice and lemon juice. Chill till slightly thick. Fold in pineapple, cheese, and whipped cream. P:our into 1-1/2 qt. mold; chill till firm.
