CONGEALED VEGETABLE SALAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package lemon jello (small pkg)
  • 1 jar sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Water
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped (small)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped (small)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Drain relish. Use relish liquid, vinegar and enough water to make 2 cups of liquid. Heat. Pour over jello and stir. Cool (not necessary to congeal). Add relish, celery, green pepper, onion, tomato and mayonnaise. Stir and place in mold to congeal in refrigerator.
