Oven Stew 15 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds stew meat (do not brown)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 carrots (small)
  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca (quick)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 slice bread (broken up)
  • 1 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients into a greased casserole. Bake at 325° for several hours.
