Vegetable Cheese Soup 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 6 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 4 ounces Mexican Velveeta cheese
Directions
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add vegetables and simmer til done. Then bring back to a boil and add thickening using small amount of milk with flour until thick. Add rest of milk. Add cheese and simmer on low until cheese melts.
