Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans fat-free chicken broth (16 ounce cans)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup uncooked noodles
  • 1 diced cooked chicken breast (1 1/2 cups 8 ounces )
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, carrots and celery. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles, chicken, parsley flakes and black pepper. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
