Beer Cheese Soup 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Green onions
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 16 ounces Cheese Whiz
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 can to 3/4 can beer
Directions
Chop the carrots, celery and green onions fine. Boil these in the chicken broth. In separate kettle melt the butter. Add flour to the butter to make a paste, add broth with veggies, then add cream, cheese whiz, Worcestershire and beer to rest of ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
