Fruit Salad 80 Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small can)
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
Cook vinegar, sugar and eggs over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.

Mix whipped cream, mini marshamallows, orange segments, bananas, fruit, and nuts together and pour cooked mixture over just before serving; mix well.
