Ground Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 Jug V-8 Juice
  • 2 pounds Baby Carrots
  • 3 potatoes (large)
  • 2 pounds Celery
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can Chili Beans (Mild)
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (large can)
Directions
Add the V-8 to a large pot on the stove. Start browning the ground beef and add to the V-8 when done. Cut or chop the potatoes, celery, and bell peppers then add. Put the baby carrots straight in and add the rest. Cover and let cook until done, usually 2 hours on medium heat. Stir every now and then. Season to taste.
