Cheesy Vegetable Soup 4 Recipe

  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 package frozen broccoli cauliflower mixture (10 ounce package)
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
Chop and dice carrots, potatoes, onions and celery. Cook in chicken broth and 2 cans water for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Add cream of chicken soup, soup can water and frozen broccoli/cauliflower bag. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 of Velveeta cheese package before serving.
