Cranberry Punch for a Crowd Recipe

  • 5 pounds sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 5 cups Apple Juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 ounces Vanilla
  • 2 ounces Almond Extract
  • 12 1/2 quarts Ginger Ale
Bring sugar, water, apple juice to a boil. Cool and then add lemon juice, vanilla and almond extract. When ready to serve add ginger ale. Makes 22 to 25 quarts and serve 100 people.
