Vegetable Soup 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef stew meat
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 pint frozen corn
  • 1 - 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3 - 4 cup water with 3 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
Put all in crock pot, cook on low 10 - 12 hours. May be put in night before and will be done the next morning.
