Snowflake Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages lemon Jello
  • 2 cups Hot Water
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups whipped cream
Directions
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice and cold water if needed to make 2 cups. Dissolve sugar in pineapple juice and add to Jello. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat until fluffy. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream. Add marshmallows on top if desired. Chill.
