Corn Dip 24 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cans shoe-peg corn, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, salted
  • 1/3 cup jalapeno juice
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno (if desired)
Directions
Mix all together in casserole dish and bake at 275° for about 30 minutes stirring halfway through cooking. Serve as a dip or a casserole.
