Vegetable Soup 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground lean beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can V-8 juice (large can)
  • 1 can Tomato Juice (Large can)
  • 1 package frozen, mixed vegetables (2 lb pkg)
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. If desired, freeze in meal size portions.

I make this in the crock pot.
