Shell Salad with Shrimp Recipe

  • 1/3 cup olive or salad oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 pound pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 package frozen cut green beans, cooked (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin rings
  • 2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped
Combine oil, lemon juice, and dressing mix, blending well. Combine remaining ingredients, and dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
