Mexican Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pound Velveeta (Mild Mexican), cut into chunks
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 1 can green beans, undrained
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, mashed
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can stewed diced tomatoes
Directions
Mix together, and heat through. Serve with corn bread or chips.
