Nacho Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn undrained
  • 1 cup picante sauce (mild)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Velveeta Mexican Cheese
  • 1 can black olives sliced
  • Taco chips
Directions
In soup pan combine contents of one box of Au Gratin potatoes and corn, picante sauce and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add Half & Half, cheese and olives. Cook until cheese melts and soup is warmed through. Serve with taco chips.
