Creamy Grape Salad Recipe

  • 2 pounds red or green large grapes, washed, dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla, then fold in grapes.

Put in 9x13" dish.

Put oil in skillet with pecans and saute until heated through; remove from heat. Add brown sugar to nuts. Let cool 10 minutes.

Sprinkle pecan mixture over grapes. Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
