ASPARAGUS SALAD 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus or 1 (10 ounce pkg frozen asparagus spears
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Directions
Cook asparagus in boiling salt water till tender; drain; place in a flat dish. Combine salt, mustard, oil, vinegar, and onion; pour over asparagus. Chill 1-2 hours. Drain; serve on lettuce. Trim with pimiento.
