VEGETABLE BURGER SOUP Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
In heavy skillet, lightly brown ground beef; drain. In large saucepan stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen vegetables, onion soup mix, and sugar; bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
