Beef Stew 40 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds stewing beef, cubed
  • 5 sliced carrots
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks (large)
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (22 ounce can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
