Football Stew 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds stew meat
  • 1 or 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 5 or 6 carrots, sliced
  • 4 or 5 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 larger, 1 smaller can tomato sauce
Directions
Put stew meat and vegetables in crock pot in order listed above (start with meat, end with potatoes). Blend salt, sugar and tapioca. Sprinkle over top. Pour tomato sauce on top. Cook in crock pot on low all day.
