Vegetable Beef Soup 4 Recipe

  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 pound Beef cubed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax (yellow) beans
  • 1 carrot - chopped
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in large pot. Brown cubed beef over medium high heat. Stir in chopped celery, corn, green beans, wax beans, carrots, onion soup mix, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring often. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
