Quick Grilled Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 yellow summer squash (medium)
  • 2 zucchini (medium)
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves, crushed
Directions
Slice squash & zucchini into 1/4-inch thick disks.

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.

Grill in basket or slotted wok for about 5 minutes.
