GREEN BEANS ALMONDINE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 package sliced almonds
Directions
Cook green beans until crunchy; set aside. Whisk together the remaining ingredients except sliced almonds. Pour over beans. Add sliced almonds. Heat & serve immediately.
