Marinated Vegetables Italiano Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing (8 ounce bottle)
  • 3 potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced (medium)
  • 1 cup tomato wedges
  • 2 cups broccoli flowers
  • 1 cup mushroom slices
  • 1/2 pound asparagus spears, cooked & drained
  • lettuce
Directions
Pour dressing over first 5 ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Drain, reserving marinade.

Arrange vegetables on lettuce-covered platter. Serve with marinade.
