Ingredients
1 can chicken broth
1 cup rice
2 tablespoons butter
1 nest of angel hair pasta
Directions
In a 2 qt saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add angel nest (crumbled) until browned. Add chicken broth and rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Serves 4-6.
