Cajun Style Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

  • 10 cups broth, beef
  • 1 pound hamburger, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes, dried
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 3 cups onions, finely diced
  • 2 cups celery, finely diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 package Tinkyada Pasta, penne
Fry the hamburger, drain. In a large pot add hamburger and the rest of the ingredients, except for the pasta. Feel free to use frozen vegetables or check in the produce section for fresh vegetables already cut into pieces. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 2 minutes. Cover. Turn off the heat and let stand for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
