Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces frozen veggies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions
Directions
Mix all ingredients with only 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese. Put into 9x9 or 2 qt. baking dish. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with rest of onions and cheese and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
