Leftover Turkey Soup Recipe

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped (medium)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cans each) chicken broth (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 2 cups water add 1 teaspoon Lawrys seasoned salt each cup of water
  • 1 envelope good seasoning Italian dressing, dry
  • 2 cups turkey
  • 1/2 cup pasta, raw
Cook onion, carrot and celery in oil 3-5 minutes. Add broth water and Italian dressing. Add turkey and pasta.
