Vegetable Salad 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages mixed frozen vegetables, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and washed
  • 1 onion, diced (small)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced (small)
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon wet mustard
Directions
Cook dressing until thick and clear. Pour over vegetables. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
