Marinated Vegetable Salad 2 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup diced red and green bell peppers
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
1) Cook vegetables as directed on package and drain.

2) Cook vinegar, sugar and oil 5 minutes and pour over hot vegetables.

3) Allow to cool.

4) Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

5) Serve cold.
