COLESLAW 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage, average size
  • 1 carrot (large)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Dash of onion salt
Directions
Chop cabbage, carrot, green pepper. Mix dressing and pour over chopped vegetables. Mix together. This salad keeps well and is even better the next day. This is a good recipe to use Splenda in for the diabetic.
