Beef Stew 36 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean beef chunks
  • 3 potatoes (chunked) (medium)
  • 5 carrots (medium)
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 onions (medium)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
  • 1 can V-8 vegetable juice (12 ounce can)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together, and place in covered dish. Season to taste. Bake 300° for 4 hours.
