Ham & Pineapple Slices Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 slices pre-cooked ham
  • 1 can pineapple rings (small can)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • brown sugar
Directions
Drain pineapple rings, reserving juice. Slice pineapple rings in half.

Alternate ham slices and half slices of pineapple in flat casserole.

To make sauce, mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice and cornstarch. Heat until thick and clear. Add horseradish, brown sugar (to taste) and butter.

Pour sauce over ham and pineapple. Cook 25 minutes or more in 350° oven.
