Creamy Baked Chicken and Rice Recipe

  • 1 package Minute Rice (2 1/4 cups, uncooked) (7 ounce pkg)
  • 1 fryer chicken
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
Put rice in a 9x13 baking dish.

Put chicken pieces on top of the rice.

Sprinkle onion soup mix on chicken.

Carefully spoon cream of mushroom soup over chicken.

At this point, you can cover and put refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Just before baking, slowly pour milk over rest of the ingredients. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350.
