RHUBARB PIE (2 crust) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 1 tablespoon cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 pie crusts
Directions
Combine rhubarb, sugar, salt, tapioca, maraschino cherries, cherry juice and sour cream. Pour in unbaked crust. Top with unbaked crust. Bake 400° for 40 minutes.
