RHUBARB PIE 51 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 crust pie shell
Directions
Combine sugar, flour and salt: add to beaten eggs. Mix all together. Stir in rhubarb. Put in pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350 for l hour.
