PIE CRUST 94 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 6 tablespoons Cold Water
Directions
In bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut the shortening into the flour with pastry cutter or fork. Gradually add water, 1 T. at a time, pushing to the side the moistened part, until you can form a ball. Make three separate balls. This makes l double crust and l single for 8-9 inch pie.
