Kugel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Kosher for Passover wide egg noodles
  • 16 light sour cream
  • 1 butter
  • 16 light cottage cheese
  • 3/4 sugar
  • 1/4 cinnamon mixed with sugar
Directions
Cook noodles as directed.

Mix butter and noodles until butter is melted.

Add sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar. Mix together.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
