Soft Pretzel Recipe 4

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 6 tablespoons warm water
Directions
Mix ingredients and kneed until well combined.

Let dough rest approximately 30-60 minutes in oiled bowl.

Fold into desired shape and let rest 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 450° for approximately 10 minutes.

Makes 4 soft pretzels. If you would like sweeter pretzels, brush with a little butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.
